Description
Nexoe (Nexö, Nexø) is also known by the name of Bornholm, after the Denmark island of the same name. This variety is well adapted to the chilly, Baltic climate. It may have been imported to Denmark centuries ago from Italy. Nexoe produces good quality fruits with a mango flavor. Reported to be extremely cold hardy, with no cold damage to -4°F (only in 95/96 at -22°C).
